Crofton teen wins International Optimist Oratorical Contest
Crofton's WiIglory TanJong, 18, was the winner of the 2014 International Optimist Oratorical Contest. The recent Arundel High graduate's speech focused on her passion for education and earned her a $2,500
scholarship, which she will put to good use at Princeton University.
